The north within reach
From here you can easily get to Benirràs and Cala Sant Vicent, two of the most sought after beaches in the north. The village of Sant Joan is a short drive away, and Santa Gertrudis, famous for its smart boutiques and its café culture, is just as easy to reach. The villa is let for holiday stays under its touristic licence, and an annual let is also possible, quoted as a monthly rent. The energy certificate is in progress.
