The house is a few kilometres from the airport and from some of the loveliest beaches on the island, such as Salinas with its many famous beach clubs and the charming Es Cavallet. The villa is offered as a holiday rental and holds a touristic rental licence; the energy certificate is in process. It comes fully furnished and equipped, in excellent condition.
